- Jeet Kune Do Concepts: is a unique training method developed by Bruce Lee. This training method involves learning how to effectively kick, punch, trap and/or immobilize an assailant's limbs. A JKD person trains all ranges of combat. These training methods will give the student the ability to adapt to any situation.
- Filipino Martial Arts: involves the use of various training methods such as single and double stick training, stick and knife training, low line kicking, efficient use of elbows and knees, locking and nerve hitting.
- Integrated Grappling: Grappling, striking and submissions while in the clinch and on the ground. Our major influences come from Brazilian Jiujitsu, Submission Wrestling and Ground and Pound.
- Chinese Kenpo: is a system of martial arts created by Ed Parker, characterized by the use of quick moves in rapid-fire succession intended to overwhelm an opponent.
- White Light and O.C. Spray: Using both white light and pepper spray as projectiles weapons can give you the needed seconds it takes to make an escape from a possible violent encounter. We use Sure Fire Flashlights for our white light projectiles and inert O.C. spray for prepper spray practice sessions.
